Who we are

Terramisu is a trading name of Launchpad HQ Limited, company number 16149065, registered in England and Wales at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 5PF. We decide how your details are used, which makes us the controller under UK data protection law.

What we collect

When you apply for a free card: your first name, your café's name, your mobile number and your answers to our questions.

If you arrived from a link with campaign tags, we keep those tags so we know which links work.

As you move through the questions we record which step you reached and the answer you tapped. This is not linked to your name or number, and we keep it only to see where people stop.

Why we use it

To call you about your free card, arrange delivery and set it up with you. The legal basis is taking the steps you asked for before we work together.

To understand what cafés need, so we know what to build next. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving Terramisu. We look at this in totals, not person by person.

Who sees it

Our team. Cloudflare hosts this website and stores the details for us. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

If you become a customer, for as long as you use Terramisu. If not, we delete your details 24 months after we last spoke, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them or object to how we use them. Tell us when we call, or write to us at the address above.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
